Head Of HRGA
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Job Description:
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending improvements.
- Manage salary structure, including reviewing and revising the current structure as needed.
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and implementing orientation and training programs.
- Manage policies and procedures, review and adjust legal documents according to organizational needs.
- Monitor scheduled absences and coordinate coverage to ensure continuity of operations.
- Monitor staff performance and attendance.
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely, organized, and comprehensive hiring procedures.
- Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors, and management regarding HR and work-related issues.
- Perform other HR-related duties as required.
- Maintain office facilities and assets: liaise with building management, ensure a neat, clean, and productive work environment; record all office assets; conduct routine facility checks; support office renovations.
- Vendor and FA Bridging: Communicate with vendors and Finance & Accounting to ensure complete documentation and on-time payments.
- Manage office working schedule: office closure announcements, Indonesian office calendar updates for headquarters, timesheet revisions.
- Legal: Maintain all legal and permit documents, and liaise with related external parties.
- Maintain non-employee administration such as freelance, non-staff, and outsourced drivers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong recruiting skills with proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Experienced in training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and good judgment.
- Understanding of Labor Law and company legality.
