GA Legal Staff

Job Description:

  • Maintain contract databases and manage versions of executed contracts.
  • Prepare first drafts or first revisions of documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze legal implications related to the company's business activities.
  • Provide legal advice to management and relevant departments regarding legal compliance, risks, and business strategies.
  • Draft and review legal matters such as confidentiality agreements, memorandums of understanding, cooperation agreements, and others.
  • Ensure all legal documentation is clear, updated, and compliant.
  • Ensure company compliance with applicable regulations and laws in daily operations.
  • Manage company policies and ensure internal compliance with legal standards.
  • Manage overall company assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a legal officer in a company or law firm.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Skilled and experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and applicable regulations.
  • Good analytical skills in understanding and interpreting legal documents.
  • Thorough, detail-oriented, and able to work under time pressure.
  • Knowledge of regulations and laws related to the company's industry.
