Job Description:

• Monitor production processes to ensure they run in accordance with SOP.
• Inspect and supervise Production Operators, ensuring work discipline and SOP compliance.
• Organize and assign Production Operators to maintain production continuity.
• Perform quality control for all production outputs.
• Communicate with Warehouse and PPIC Departments regarding finished goods quantity.
• Achieve production targets assigned by the PPIC Department.
• Arrange work schedules and shifts for Production Operators.
• Monitor and achieve quality objectives in line with work procedures.
• Control the usage of raw materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of SOP implementation in production activities.
• Good knowledge of quality control processes.
• Able to coordinate with cross-department teams effectively.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
