Supervisor Laboratory

Job Description
  1. Supervise and control laboratory testing processes.
  2. Ensure regulatory compliance in all laboratory activities.
  3. Evaluate the performance of the Laboratory Department.
  4. Manage documentation of test results and prepare reports for management and other related parties.
  5. Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and functioning well.
  6. Submit requests for procurement and repair of laboratory machines and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pure Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Experience as a Chemical Analyst, QC Chemistry, or R&D (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible for assigned tasks
