Corporate Secretary _ Surabaya

Job Descriptions :

- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
- Filing and registering any document or form on behalf of the company as an authorized representative.
- Maintaining and preserving secretarial records, statutory registers and books.
- Arranging a general or board meeting and preparing the minutes of the meeting.
- Tasks related to shares including transfer and transmission.
- Responsible for the Company's orientation programs for the Board of Directors and/or Commissioners.
- Ensuring that shareholders and the general public are kept regularly informed about the Company’s actions, financial position and other material matters;
- Have the ability to export, import, telemarketing

 

Qualifications :

  • Good Communication
  • Multitasking, confident and critical thinking
  • D3 / S1 All majors (preferably from the Department of Secretary / English / Office Administration)
  • Fluent in English (Can speak Mandarin is a plus)
  • Must Have experience in the related field (At least 3 years)
  • Having Personal Assistant experience is preferred
  • Having experienced in manufacturing company / export import is an added value
  • Able to Handle Purchasing, Administration, and Office Operation
