Finance Accounting

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate/SAP preferred).
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to maintain data confidentiality.
  • Able to work under deadlines and possess good communication skills.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage and monitor billing, payments, and accounts receivable collections.
  • Record cash and bank transactions and input data into the accounting system.
  • Prepare financial reports, cash flow, petty cash, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
  • Review bank statements, cash/bank vouchers, and finance-related emails.
  • Support stock opname activities and production process reports.
  • Implement company procedures and report directly to supervisors.
