Job Description:

• Review data from experiments, tests, and analyses conducted by other scientists to determine whether the results can be used to draw conclusions about other datasets.
• Conduct experiments to test the effects of various chemicals on metal materials.
• Analyze chemical samples submitted by customers or vendors.
• Analyze samples from production outcomes and raw material purchases.
• Perform tests to ensure that products meet required safety and quality standards.
• Prepare reports detailing findings from experiments and analyses.
• Prepare substance samples for analysis using methods such as titration, SST, spectrometry, or others.
• Maintain records of all tests performed and samples analyzed to ensure accuracy during laboratory audits.
• Conduct tests, create testing tools, and develop new technologies to improve product quality.
• Product development for company-produced items.
• Update products to improve quality or create diversification.
• Quality Control.

Requirements:

• Maximum age 30 years old.
• Minimum education: SMK Chemical Analyst / Pure Chemistry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as QC / R&D (Fresh graduates are welcome).
• Understanding of electroplating processes and familiarity with common chemicals and additives for surface/coating.
• Understanding of chemical analysis and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to calculate material requirement estimations.
• Able to perform problem-solving analysis.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and responsible.
• Proficient in administration and Microsoft Office.
