We are looking for a skilled Software Developer & Team Lead to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will lead the programming team, develop scalable PHP applications, and oversee the full software development lifecycle, including ERP and IoT integration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Developer with proven leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams.
• Experience in ERP development, especially manufacturing modules, is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of IoT, automation systems, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Agile, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Job Description:

• Oversee and guide the programming team to deliver high-quality results.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable PHP applications (Laravel preferred).
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and improve core system performance.
• Lead the development of ERP systems (especially manufacturing modules).
• Work with IoT and automation integration.
• Manage and maintain databases as DBA.
