HR & General Affairs Supervisor

About the Role
PT Sinar Cemaramas Abadi is seeking an experienced and proactive HR & General Affairs Supervisor to support and strengthen our people management and general administration functions. This role will be responsible for overseeing Human Resources and General Affairs operations while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to fulfill organizational staffing needs.

Oversee personnel administration, employment contracts, attendance records, leave management, and employee database maintenance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.

Handle employee relations matters and support industrial relations activities.
-
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, probation evaluation, and employee development programs.

Support performance management processes, including KPI implementation and employee evaluations.

Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
-
Oversee office facilities, operational support, and workplace maintenance.
-
Manage third-party vendors, security services, housekeeping, and office supplies.
-
Coordinate company licenses, permits, and other administrative requirements.

Support procurement activities related to office and operational needs.
-
Ensure a safe, organized, and productive working environment.

Supervise and develop the HRGA team.
-
Prepare periodic HRGA reports and present updates to management.
-
Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and operational requirements.
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR and GA functions.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs.

At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Proven experience managing HR and GA functions end-to-end.

Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and Industrial Relations practices.

Familiarity with recruitment, employee administration, performance management, BPJS, and HR policies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
-
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.

Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution industries is highly preferred.

Experience managing a workforce of 100+ employees.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other management systems is an advantage.
