Supervisor HRGA

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, or HR Management (preferred).
  • Business-level English.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including high-volume recruitment.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja & regulations), PP & PKB preparation.
  • Experience handling employee relations and labor unions (if applicable).
  • Strong HR compliance background.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and strong in documentation & compensation matters.
  • Strong Leadership and Proactive Problem Solving skill (Must Have).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, with focus on operational & high-volume hiring.
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with business growth.
  • Conduct job analysis and create clear, structured job descriptions.
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive, productive work environment.
  • Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Support workforce quality improvement initiatives.
