PT Sinar Cemaramas Abadi is a chemical manufacturing company headquartered in Surabaya with a main branch in Jakarta. We focus on producing and distributing electroplating chemicals with a commitment to “High Standard Quality, Competitive Price, and After-Sales Services.”

Along with the company’s expansion, we are also developing into various chemical fields including food chemicals, cosmetic/personal care raw materials, and water treatment (WTP & WWTP). In line with this growth, we are looking for a professional Sales Specialist who can contribute to market expansion and profit growth.

Job Description:

• Identify and develop new market opportunities for general and specialty chemicals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various chemical industries.
• Provide product knowledge, technical explanations, and chemical application recommendations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
• Conduct market research and analyze product potential for business development.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and negotiation materials to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare routine sales reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SMA/SMK education level.
• Understanding of general chemical products and their applications (Commodity & Specialty / Additives).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales in the chemical industry (Surface Treatment, Water Treatment, Food Chemicals, Cosmetics, etc.).
• Able to communicate in English.
• Possess a valid SIM A/C.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Skilled in market research and identifying new product opportunities.
