Head Of FAT

Job Description
  • Manage accounting functions in processing financial data and information to produce accurate and timely financial reports required by the company.
  • Coordinate and control the planning, reporting, and payment of company tax obligations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with government regulations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and control company cash flow, especially the management of receivables and payables, to ensure sufficient funds for operations and overall financial health.
  • Plan and coordinate the preparation of company budgets, and control their use to ensure effective and efficient allocation of funds for operational activities.
  • Plan and coordinate the development of financial and accounting systems and procedures, and ensure their implementation to maintain orderly and well-regulated financial processes while minimizing risks.
  • Coordinate and conduct financial planning and analysis to provide financial insights for company leadership in making business decisions, including investment, expansion, operations, and other financial considerations.
  • Plan and consolidate corporate taxation to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Coordinate and control tax planning, reporting, and payment obligations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate company budget preparation and control its usage to ensure effective and efficient fund allocation for operational needs.
  • Manage accounting processes in processing financial data and information to generate accurate financial reports.
  • Plan and coordinate the development of financial and accounting systems and procedures, and ensure proper implementation for organized and compliant financial transactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Financial Economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager.
  • Ability and experience in planning, managing, and controlling cash flow, budgeting, company financial reports, and financing.
  • Ability to create work targets, work plans, SOPs, and work instructions (IK) required to support FAT department operations.
  • Ability and experience in planning, managing, and controlling financial systems, procedures, and financial analysis.
  • Ability and experience in managing accounting planning and reporting, as well as tax planning, reporting, compliance, payment, submission, audit, and tax reporting.
  • Ability to manage subordinates to achieve established targets.
  • Ability to understand instructions from management.
