With the potential for business expansion in the chemical sector, we have developed not only electroplating chemicals but also chemicals for food, raw materials for cosmetics/personal care, and water treatment (WTP & WWTP). In line with our growth, we are seeking a professional Sales Specialist to collaborate in increasing profit and expanding market share.

Requirements:

• Minimum SMA/SMK (Diploma/Bachelor preferred)
• Understanding general chemicals and their applications (a plus)
• At least 1 year experience as Sales (Chemical Industry preferred)
• Proficient in English
• Valid driving license A/C
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop new product potential

Job Description:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the chemical industry
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects
• Provide technical and commercial product consultation to clients
• Conduct product presentations, price negotiations, and close sales
• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure product delivery
• Perform market research, track industry trends, and analyze competitors
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management
• Maintain good product knowledge, including applications and regulations
