Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Operations Management/Chemistry or related)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations (production, warehouse, lab)
  • Experience leading a team
  • Understanding of production processes, inventory, and quality control
  • Familiarity with KPIs and operational targets
  • Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Job Description:

  • Manage all operations: production, warehouse, and laboratory
  • Ensure production, quality, and efficiency targets are achieved
  • Control the flow of goods and stock in the warehouse
  • Coordinate with the lab team to maintain quality standards
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports
  • Evaluate and improve work processes
