• Manage overall daily operations of the Laundry Department according to company SOP and targets
• Ensure quality control is applied to all laundry processes without exception
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area
• Monitor, coordinate, develop, and evaluate the laundry team
• Ensure linen and housekeeping supplies are ordered and controlled according to business and event needs
• Perform stock opname
• Ensure all stock is accurate
• Handle customer service issues promptly and effectively
• Ensure team members comply with all Health & Safety Regulations
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by laundry management
• Create marketing strategies to increase revenue
• Prepare work reports

• Minimum education: Diploma (any major)
• At least 2 years of experience in the same field
• Experienced in leading and working with teams
• Strong communication skills
• Punctuality and good time management
• Ability to collaborate with teams and the organization
