Supervisor HRGA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, or HR Management (preferred).
- Business-level English.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including high-volume recruitment.
- Minimum 3 years experience in leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja & regulations), PP & PKB preparation.
- Experience handling employee relations and labor unions (if applicable).
- Strong HR compliance background.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and strong in documentation & compensation matters.
- Strong Leadership and Proactive Problem Solving skill (Must Have).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, with focus on operational & high-volume hiring.
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with business growth.
- Conduct job analysis and create clear, structured job descriptions.
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Support workforce quality improvement initiatives.
