GA Legal Staff
Job Description:
- Maintain contract databases and manage versions of executed contracts.
- Prepare first drafts or first revisions of documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyze legal implications related to the company's business activities.
- Provide legal advice to management and relevant departments regarding legal compliance, risks, and business strategies.
- Draft and review legal matters such as confidentiality agreements, memorandums of understanding, cooperation agreements, and others.
- Ensure all legal documentation is clear, updated, and compliant.
- Ensure company compliance with applicable regulations and laws in daily operations.
- Manage company policies and ensure internal compliance with legal standards.
- Manage overall company assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a legal officer in a company or law firm.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Skilled and experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and applicable regulations.
- Good analytical skills in understanding and interpreting legal documents.
- Thorough, detail-oriented, and able to work under time pressure.
- Knowledge of regulations and laws related to the company's industry.
