We are currently looking for a UGC Content Creator to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about content creation, social media trends, and storytelling through short-form videos. If you love being in front of the camera, enjoy creating fun & relatable content, and always keep up with trends on TikTok & Instagram… this might be for you.

Qualifications :

• Female, aged 18–28 (optional, can be adjusted based on company needs)
• Minimum education: High School / Vocational School (all majors are welcome)
• Proven experience as a content creator / UGC creator / social media (fresh graduates are welcome with a strong portfolio)
• Active user of platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior (especially Gen Z & Millennials)
• Confident on camera with good communication skills
• Strong storytelling ability to create engaging and relatable content
• Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with viral trends
• Able to generate content ideas independently
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut / VN / Adobe Premiere Rush)
• Basic copywriting skills (hooks, captions, call-to-action)
• Must have a portfolio (links or files showcasing previous work)

Job Descriptions :

• Create authentic, engaging, and relatable UGC content (videos/photos) aligned with brand guidelines
• Develop content ideas based on current trends on TikTok and Instagram
• Write simple scripts (hook, storytelling, CTA) before content production
• Handle content production independently (shooting & editing)
• Adjust tone, visuals, and messaging according to target audience
• Collaborate with the marketing team for revisions and content improvement
• Stay updated with trends (audio, challenges, viral formats)
• Produce content for both organic posting and paid advertising campaigns
• Conduct basic performance evaluation (views, engagement, etc.)
