The Quality Assurance (Food Product) is responsible for ensuring food safety and quality standards through inspections, testing, documentation, and process monitoring to comply with company and regulatory requirements. This position is available and will be assigned to PT Inti Pangan Ekatama.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Engineering, experience as QA/relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as QA Regulatory.
• Knowledge and experience in Food Safety regulations, Quality Management Systems such as HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 & GMP.
• Detail-oriented, and able to manage multi-tasking work.
• Able to manage documents well.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

• Ensure compliance with certification regulations (Halal, BPOM, NKV, etc.).
• Manage product registration, document submission and certification.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP regulations.
• Create and update SOPs to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Handle any deviations in the halal certification process and CAPA management.
• Able to work cross-departmentally to ensure regulatory compliance and regulatory efficiency.
• Report work progress to Management.
• Responsible for Quality documents (preparing, maintain & review).
• Responsible for document preparation for internal & external audits.
