Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

PT. Sinar Cemaramas Abadi is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaking) to support top management in daily operations and business coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism.

Qualifications : 

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) is a must (minimum HSK Level 4).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Personal Assistant / Secretary / Admin (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome)
  • Good command of English is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours

 

Job Descriptions :

  • Provide daily administrative and personal support to Director/Management
  • Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a translator/interpreter (Mandarin – Bahasa Indonesia/English) during meetings or communications
  • Assist in handling emails, documents, and correspondence
  • Minimum HSK 4 (able to speak and write in Mandarin)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (clients, vendors, partners)
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and ensure smooth daily operations
